WARNING:  Shock absorber assemblies have high pressurised gas in them. Extreme caution should be used when handling the shocks.

Resetting air pressure in the shocks - Front:

NOTE: The shock pressure cannot be checked after it has been filled, as the air quantity in the shock is minute. Checking the pressure will drop the volume of the air in the shock to an amount too low for the shock absorber to work effectively.

1. Locate front shock absorber Schrader air valve and chamber (a).

2. Remove/unscrew Schrader Valve cap (b).

3. Depress the Schrader valve to release the air pressure in the shock absorber.

4. Using the pressure gauge (d) install 110 psi into the shock absorber chamber (e). Factory setting is 110 psi.

2. Loosen / unscrew securing clamps (b) + (c) using a flat blade screw driver.

3. Once loose, remove canister from frame (d) + (e).

4. Leave securing clamps loosely in-place (f). Place nearby - do not misplace the cap! You will need it again.

5. Unscrew Schrader valve cap (g).

6. Using the pressure gauge (i) install 110 psi into the shock absorber chamber (h). Factory setting is 110 psi.

Note: The shock pressure can not be check after it has been filled as the air quantity is so small that checking the pressure will drop the volume of the air to low for the shock absorber to be effective.

7. Screw cap back onto Schrader valve cap once air pressure has been filled (j).

8. Replace canister (l) to the frame using the pipe clamps (k).

9. Tighten clamps (m) + (n) using screw driver.
