No. The Tomcar can only be driven on private land. The Tomcar in its current form does not comply with the Australian Design Rules - or ADRs. The ADRs are a set of tests and regulations that all vehicles driven on Australian roads must pass. The ADRs are a federal system and covers all passenger and commercial vehicles in Australia.
You can however 'conditionally' register the Tomcar in Australia - mainly for Primary Producer use. This varies from state to state, and these conditional registration systems are run by each state individually and have been created to allow certain vehicles that are not ADR approved to be driven on the road - i.e. emergency services, local councils, primary producers etc.

The Tomcar however can be road-registered in various countries around the world - please check with your country's local road authority.
